Recently, I developed an idea and corresponding plan to dedicate 2025 to my creative visionaries. I tend to start a lot of projects under a variety of hobbies, but I rarely finish them. It’s a shame to have these unfinished projects collect digital dust until my disk drives give up, so here’s what I plan to do.

My plan is to dedicate every month of 2025 to a specific hobby of mine. Since I can be chaotic and dependent on inspiration, I would like to counter these traits and develop resistance to having these traits as a pitfall, resulting in me giving up on these hobbies and projects. Another way to implement more stability in my life, is to give structure to these hobbies and train my persistence and dedication. Succeeding in these goals creatively, could also promote personal improvement in mental and psychological ways.

For now, this is what I’ve planned…

• February — Cross-Stitching
• March — Piano
• April — Crocheting
• May — Writing Fan-Fiction

At the end of every month, I plan to share a recap on the recent activities and announce my next projects. For now, I’ve only planned up to June, which I expect to be a break period.

Of course, this is a plan, after all. It’d be amazing to stick to my goals and complete them, but I have trouble foreseeing how much time and effort I’m realistically going to put into this. This could well become too much or not enough, so finding that balance is essential. Either way, I really look forward to be walking this journey and I’m more than thrilled to find out where it leaves me exactly one year from now…
